About Our Work
HEEA Therapy Services provides therapeutic supports to people with disability aged 0–65, funded through the NDIS. Our work is varied, meaningful, and never “one size fits all.”

On any given day, you might be:

• Completing a Functional Capacity Assessment to support a participant’s review
• Delivering early intervention therapy with a child and their family
• Assessing Assistive Technology needs to improve independence and quality of life

No two days are the same — and that’s exactly how we like it.

How We Work
We have designed our structure to support both productivity and balance. Our therapists typically:

• See participants for three days per week (maximum of 5 participants per day)
• Have two dedicated days for report writing, research, and non-contact work

Our business support team manages your scheduling and invoicing, so you can focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality supports and building meaningful relationships with participants.

Our Culture
We are committed to delivering excellent services, but we also believe work should be enjoyable. Our team culture is supportive, relaxed, and a little bit food-obsessed (yes, cake days is a real thing).

And because balance matters — we wrap up at 3:00pm on Fridays.
